Center views [UI]

Navigation is two layers: the SectionRail picks one of 5 sections, the StageBar switches the stageView within it. Stage.tsx is a render switch on state.stageView (~33 modes); the persisted literals are the source of truth (view-state.ts).

• Program (Station) is the human loop — Inbox feed, Operations agenda, Reminders, the Opinion dashboard (belief source toggles Thread / Stream / Position), Notes. Watch (Signals) is evidence in motion — Streams, Merges, research Cycles, Position monitors, the Runs log.
• The Tree anchors Base alongside the graph domains; the System and Fate node-edge graphs were retired, so system knowledge + threads render as leaves of the shared topic Tree.
• Adding a view = a StageView literal (types/domain/view-state.ts) + a StageBar button + a Stage branch (copy an existing one).
