Why she buys

Noor has tried dashboards, habit streaks, and advice. She wants to act inside a situation where a trait matters, then inspect which choice moved the world. A recurring simulation could make practice more concrete than a number, but she will not pay for hidden data capture.

The causal loop

Choose a trait → interview one consequential situation → play a branch → inspect the consequence → ask what she caused → retry next week. A future latent-trait reading would be a private reflection, not an authority over her.

Opening objection

“A model cannot measure who I am.” Agreed. The present system can hold a situation and its choices; a Rasch layer is an unbuilt research direction.

What the model captures

Declared constraints, observed commitments, and changes in a kept world. It does not infer a diagnosis, clinical state, or stable trait from sparse play.

What would lose her

Ambient collection, medical language, a public profile, or a score that tells her who she is instead of showing what her move caused.

Private Domains and bounded Scenario runs ship. The concierge journey, automated MWS, and latent-trait/Rasch reading are direction; any eventual reading must be private, non-clinical, non-diagnostic, and never a verdict.
