7. Change protocol

When a user-facing route, CTA, activation milestone, or continuation changes:

  1. update the relevant row in this document;
  2. update its owning feature spec or Gateway contract;
  3. update BRAND_COPY.md only if the reusable language changed;
  4. update POSITIONING.md only if the product claim or shipped boundary changed;
  5. add or update the boundary event and the success/recovery test;
  6. run npm run gen:tree if files were added, moved, or removed.
