# 5. Measurement

Instrument boundaries, not vanity traffic. Every event needs a stable anonymous/account identifier,
entry source, selected plan, viewport class, and failure reason where applicable.

Do not optimize for more cards, longer sessions, more alerts, or more generated prose. Optimize for
shorter time to an understood read, earlier detection of decision-relevant change, well-founded
judgment, successful recovery, and evidence that the user’s judgment compounded.

For the approved landing page, distinguish **curiosity**, **proof consumption**, and **commitment**:

- curiosity: hero-to-Stories continuation and meaningful section depth;
- proof: Position inspection, Studio exit, or white-paper exit after seeing the relevant proof surface;
- commitment: **Enter a living Domain**, registration completion, and preserved Hosted plan intent.

Scroll depth is diagnostic, not success by itself. A visitor who understands the promise and chooses
Hosted from the hero is not less qualified for skipping the explanation.
