# Humanistic priors

the human-centric core, and why the rest holds together. The unit of value is human *judgement* — the read each writer carries on the world being built. Meridians honours it and aggregates it: many individual stances, gathered, weighed, and resolved into one living model that **manifests as domain**. *Human-up, not data-down* — the part of a writers' room that lives only in its people, surfaced rather than scraped. The mechanism is **Priors** (below); the conviction is that a world's truest model is the aggregate of its makers' judgement, told as a story.
