A captured fragment in the **Capture** workspace: a dated, optionally-titled piece of raw
material (a pasted briefing, a quoted excerpt, a one-line observation) the operator or an agent pours in
without committing to structure. Notes pile up in a **queue**; they are the ingest substrate that feeds the
domain, distinct from a **Prior** (the belief-log unit on a Stream, above) — a *Note* is unstructured input
