(a complete claim), an analyst **narrative** (why it matters), verbatim **pull-quotes** with
attribution, and 2–3 **highlights**. Written once at commit time and verifier-gated — the model *proposes*,
the code *verifies* (a quote that doesn't appear verbatim in its claimed source is dropped). It is
display-only prose that dresses a card; it **never drives model state** and is never re-parsed to recover
canonical belief.
