Kanban / Board · Column · Task (card).

A freeform per-domain task board — the operator's (or an agent's) scratch space for organising work on a domain. A Board holds ordered Columns (the pipeline, left→right = progress; the default seed is To do · In progress · Done, freely renamed/added); each column holds ordered cards (a task — title, optional notes/tags/colour). The constellation rolls up every member domain's board as its own row. Deliberately inert with respect to canon: moving a card never projects a Stream, Position, or Note — it is planning, not belief. Distinct from a Note (raw ingest waiting to be folded in) and a Directive (staged model-changing intent): a task organises what the operator/agent will do, and touches nothing measured. Drivable in the UI (domain Stage · the constellation roll-up) and headless via read-kanban + the create/add/update/move/delete kanban operations; it also appears in the Window Context as a front-time snapshot. The former Kanban feature specification was retired; the code and generated MCP manual are the current behavioral authority.
