Director-governed onboarding (MCP).

A secondary onboarding vector where an experienced Director prepares a private Constellation or Bundle over MCP — e.g. filtering a large brief (a .md of their practice) into a custom Constellation — and delivers it to a new Director, who imports it as a configured jumpstart rather than building from a blank studio. It reuses the same publish/import seams as the Exchange's public shelf; "private" simply means the grant is scoped to named Directors (visibility='granted'). This lane ships with the Exchange.
