Reading a card is a receipt (per-member delivery state: unread / read / deferred / dismissed), kept out of domain intelligence. Information cards age out of the active queue into Program history; action cards never age out silently — if their basis changes they go stale and offer rebase/cancel. Stories is the sequenced mobile surface; the same event id + owner is preserved when a domain Story appears inside a constellation Program. Inspired by Instagram Stories' focused rhythm, not its attention-maximizing purpose.
