Consequence

What an inbox item means for the user — the user-facing taxonomy that replaced the four-task labels on the reading surface (core/loop/consequence.ts, pure). Five behavioural states that determine presentation + available actions: awareness (understanding changed; no action needed — the quiet default), judgment (the expert can't confidently proceed without your input — a pending directive; the only state that requests action), trajectory (a stance moved or a Position re-priced — the belief line bent), milestone (a Position crossed a threshold or its question resolved and deserves review), and health (nothing meaningful changed, or monitoring hit a problem). A Story's mode (information/action) and its event kind project deterministically onto exactly one consequence; a settled directive demotes its card from judgment back to awareness.
