Layers

Four conceptual layers stack from the substrate up to play:

  1. Substrate — what the engine measures.
  2. Stance / belief — what the domain currently thinks.
  3. Reasoning — how the engine plans forward.
  4. Play and presentation — how the Domain becomes experiential: Scenario at the world-building frontier; Stageplay as a directed visual projection; textual World prototypes for abstract continuation; richer World as a later parallel, multi-camera world.

Three concerns cut across all four: Paradigm (the world-shape a Domain is read under), Memory & context (what each model or playable seat is shown), and cadence (when a game may accept Will and advance its world).
