(a Research brief, a quoted source, a Position Signal / re-price, an Opinion sparkline —
consume + drill down) and an **action card** (a Merge proposal, a Position re-price to review — accept /
edit / stage / defer, which compiles to a typed **directive** the next run reserves and applies). Reading a card
is a **receipt** (per-member delivery state: unread / read / deferred / dismissed), kept *out* of domain
intelligence. Information cards age out of the active queue into Program history; **action cards never age
out silently** — if their basis changes they go **stale** and offer rebase/cancel. **Stories** is the
sequenced mobile surface; the same event id + owner is preserved when a domain Story appears inside a
constellation Program. Inspired by Instagram Stories' focused rhythm, not its attention-maximizing purpose.
